Palicte faces Junior Granados in Mexico

Aston Palicte of the Philippines to face Junior Granados in Merida, Mexico on March 12, 2016 for a 10-round non-title fight.

Palicte of Bago City, Negros Occidental, Philippines has a record of 20 wins including 17 big victories by way of KO and 1 defeats.

Palicte is currently ranked no. 24 in the world in the super flyweight division.

The 25 years old fighter handling a 10 consecutive victories and 9 of those are coming by way of KO.

He only lost to Romnick Magos back in 2012 for the vacant WBO Asia Pacific Youth flyweight title.

Palicte is a hard hitting boxer, he is slow but he is accurate on his punches.

Junior Granados of Mexico is 2 years younger than Palicte, he has a record of 14W(8KO) with 4 defeats and 1 draw.

Granados somehow loses 4 on his last 7 fights but he is strong and he still young and like many Mexican he has a never say die attitude.
