Ruenroeng vs Casimero II Booked on May 25th

Filipino fighter Johnriel Casimero faces the current IBF world flyweight champion Amnat Ruenroeng of Thailand on May 25, 2016 in Beijing, China.

Casimero is a 26 years old boxer from Ormoc City, Leyte, Philippines. He has a record consisting of 23W including 13 victories by way of KO and has 3 defeats.

He was a former IBF World light flyweight champion and he successfully defended it 5 times after he managed to move up in the flyweight division.

On the otherhand, Amnat Ruenroeng is a 36 years old undefeated Thailander with the record of 17W(5KO)-0L. He is the current IBF Flyweight champion.

Amnat Ruenroeng fought some of the greatest fighter in the flyweight division including Rocky Fuentes, Kazuto Ioka, Zou Shimming, Mcwilliams Arroyo and also Johnriel Casimero.

He defended his title 6 times since 2014.

Ruenroeng fought Casimero last year but it was an ugly fight where the Thailander clinching too much while the referee didn't give any warning for the hometown fighter. 

That fight was ended via Unanimous decision victory for Ruenroeng.

On their fight that will be held in China, the Filipino fighter said that he will finish the fight via KO.
