Nietes next possible opponent: Shiming or Kwanpichit

Donnie Nietes defeats Edgar Sosa today September 24, 2016 at Stubhub Center in Carson, California.

Nietes successfully wins his flyweight debut via unanimous decision against the former world champion Edgar Sosa with a score identically 120-108.

Meanwhile, former champion Juan Francisco Estrada vacated the WBO world flyweight title where Nietes is the no.1 contender, the no.2 contender is no other than the Chinese boxer Zou Shiming and the #3 is Kwanpichit OnesongchaiGym of Thailand.

Zou Shiming 8W(2KO)-1L will face Kwanpichit OnesongchaiGym39W(24KO)-1L-2D on November 5, 2016 in Pacquiao-Vargas undercard.

Whoever wins the fight has a big chance to face Nietes for the WBO world flyweight championship that would possibly happen next year or in December. But there's also humor that Shiming vs OnesongchaiGym will be a world title fight.
