Jack Asis to face Can Xu of China for the WBA International super featherweight title

Former IBO World super featherweight champion Jack Asis of the Philippines is set to face the undefeated Chinese Can Xu for the WBA International super featherweight title on May 7th in China.

Asis is a 33 years old boxer from Davao City, Davao del Sur, Philippines but now residing in Australia.

Jack Asis has a mediocre record and already lost 19 times, but still not yet done in boxing.

The Filipino slugger had a successful career in Australia and won the vacant International Boxing Organization World super featherweight title in 2015.

Unfortunately, he was defeated by Malcolm Klassen last year via unanimous decision.

On the other hand, Can Xu is a 23 years old boxer from China. At the young age and has only a few fights, Can Xu already won multiple regional titles including WBA Oceania super lightweight title, WBA International super featherweight title and WBA Oceania super featherweight title.

The Chinese boxer won almost of his fights via decision but he is very smart and accurate with his punches.

Asis vs Can Xu will be held at Shan Xi Normal University Stadium, Xi An on May 7, 2017.
