Andrew Moloney vs. Richard Claveras on May 19th

Unbeaten Aussie Andrew Moloney will defend his World Boxing Association Oceania Super Flyweight Title against the hard-hitting Richard Claveras of the Philippines on May 19 at the Malvern Town Hall in Australia.

Andrew Moloney is a Filipino destroyer defeating some of the best Filipino in the division including Rene Dacquel, Raymond Tabugon, Jether Oliva, Markquil Salvana and Cris Alfante. Currently Moloney is rated no. 17 in the world in the super featherweight division and has a record of 16 wins with 10 KO victories with no defeats.

Meanwhile, Richard Claveras is a hard-hitting Pinoy with a record of 18 wins with 15 victories by way of KO's and has 3 defeats and 2 draws. An experienced boxer and fought some of the best in the the division including Pedro Guevarra of Mexico and Keisuke Nakayama of Japan. The 28 years old Claveras is coming off a TKO win over Noel Adelmita in the 4th round.

In the main event Jason Maoloney will face Kohei Kono for the World Boxing Association Oceania Bantamweight Title.
